| As Qigong students, we strive to improve and develop ourselves and get as good results as possible. European Zhineng Qigong Center has earlier published articles where we describe the purpose of our training, the importance of choosing the right method and teacher as well as the importance of a strong Qi field. These choices are of great importance for what we can achieve by practicing. But we can also, in concrete ways, help to further improve not only our own results, but also the results of others. |

Relaxation and Concentration
One distinguishing characteristic of Zhineng Qigong is, amongst other things, that we practice with relaxation and a certain amount of concentration. A practical detail that can affect our concentration when practicing is the choice of clothing. It is good to choose clothes that do not limit our mobility, since we use our body and move in different ways. We recommend indoor shoes with flat soles or an extra pair of socks, since it is an advantage to stand flat on the floor and keep our feet warm. |

| To be able to relax and concentrate is an important part of our practice and it affects the results we can achieve. Together we can contribute to making the conditions as good as possible through the consideration we show each other in the practice hall. To gain insight into what this means, we can use our own, but also others' experience and wisdom. As a little extra help on the way, here are some proposals for how we can reach better results by helping each other keep our focus on the practice and not on other things. |

Participation in Courses
In order to allow every participant, including yourself, to better keep their concentration on the course and the training, European Zhineng Qigong Center recommends that you participate in the entire course. The course planning, organisation and content are built on the assumption of participation in the entire duration of the course. We can try to understand how we, but also the Qi field, are affected if participants come and go during a course. |

| If you still cannot participate in the whole course, even though you tried, we recommend that you contact the teacher or some other representative for the EZQC in person before registering to the course. This is in order to clarify what the case is in the specific course and to avoid any misunderstandings. The recommendation may differ depending on the course, the size of the course venue, etc. By contacting the teacher in person, you minimize the risk for unforeseen incidents, but you also help your friends maintain their focus on their practice, since their calm and concentration may indirectly be affected if something happens. |

Lecture Times
Being on time, both at the start of the day and after breaks is also a way of showing consideration for yourself and your fellow students. Being on time for the practice entails less disturbance for the others, and it also makes it easier to for you to concentrate on the course yourself. Besides this, you naturally also get to practice a bit more. |

Sensitive People
There are many things that can affect and disturb us when practicing, and the reasons may vary depending on the person. Besides the issues mentioned above, there are participants who are more sensitive to, e.g., perfumed products or mobile phone emission. |

| If you are sensitive to perfumed products, a scent that many may consider fresh, flowery, sensuous, herbal or similar, will be nearly unbearable. You may feel sick, have a strong headache or migraine or worse. It doesn't always have to be pure perfume or eau de toilette. Reactions can also come from milder products such as hair spray, perfumed soap, deodorant and body lotion, to mention but a few. |

| The radio frequency emission from our mobile phones is another source of unnecessary suffering for those who have the sensitivity to feel it and the symptoms have been described as strong pain or nausea. |

| We can understand that the concentration on practicing will be disturbed, and if we loose our concentration, our practice will be less efficient. However, perfumed products and radio frequency emission is not something we have to live with and both can be reduced if we all help. To eliminate these problems, we ask all our participants to turn off their mobile phones before entering any practice hall and to reduce their use of perfumed products, or even better: replace them with non-perfumed products. |

Another way of helping your friends is to spread good information to each other. Help each other to use positive thinking and the principles and philosophy of Zhineng Qigong. |

| In addition to the advice and suggestions above, there are probably many other winning concepts for what consideration really means and how we can show each other respect and spread good information to each other. If anything should happen despite all this, we help each other best by keeping calm, forgiving each other and solving the problems in the most flexible way. |
