Helga feels more alert, calmer and can concentrate better

Last year my mother and stepfather asked me if I wanted to attend a nine-day Summer Course in Qigong. I said yes. I didn't know anything about Qigong but I had seen them practise. It looked harmonious and beautiful. They had got more energy and my mothers migraine and allergy improved. Ten years ago I injured my leg. Because of that I had some problems to find a training method that doesn't give me pain. Qigong looked like something I could practise.

A Feeling of Qi

When I came to the Summer Course I didn't know anything about how Qigong functions or what practising feels like. During the first hour, when we did La Qi, I could feel the Qifield. It was a fantastic experience.

Great Improvements

The biggest challenge for me is to have patience to do the slow movements. Qigong is the opposite of the explosive high pulse sports that I usually do. I can feel that the Qigong training is doing something good with my body. I've become much more alert, feel more spirited throughout the day, have a greater calm, it's easier to concentrate and to receive information. My patience has improved very much. The injury in my right leg is much better and my body is softer then it has been for a long time.

I contacted the contact person in Oslo where I live. After the Summer Course I will start to practise with them.
