| How much You practise is very much up to yourself, but we do recommend that You practise regularly - preferably on a daily basis. The general rule is that if you practise more you get more. In Zhineng Qigong you do not have to worry about practising too much. |

| If You would like to improve your results in a shorter time we recommend that You join our group training. When we practise together in a larger group we can get good results fast. The best courses we have to offer in this respect is our Winter- and Summer Courses where we live together and practise from morning to evening. |
