How much and how often do I have to practise Qigong?


How much You practise is very much up to yourself, but we do recommend that You practise regularly - preferably on a daily basis. The general rule is that if you practise more you get more. In Zhineng Qigong you do not have to worry about practising too much.

If You would like to improve your results in a shorter time we recommend that You join our group training. When we practise together in a larger group we can get good results fast. The best courses we have to offer in this respect is our Winter- and Summer Courses where we live together and practise from morning to evening.
