| Gung Fu, also called Gung Li, is a person's skill and effort to practice Qigong. |
| To check persons Gung Fu we can check his or her body, mind and Qi. The body should be relaxed, harmonious and soft like that of a baby. The person's behaviour and way of thinking can show us the quality of the mind. A person that is often depressed, talks gossip behind other's backs etc. has too low Gung Fu. The person's Qi should be strong and of good quality. In his or her Qifield participants should be able to recover or get better fast. Improvements from some difficult cases should be documented. |
| It is preferable if the teacher has published research papers on Qigong. If the papers have been awarded, the quality of the papers is probably good. Objective research tests can partly show a persons Gung Fu and they are more reliable than other tests. |
