What is Qigong?


Qigong (sometimes called qi gong, qi kung, chi gong, chi kung etc) is a traditional chinese self training art on both body and mind with at least 5000 years history. It is easy to practise and the results come fast. The basis for all Qigong is the human experience of the struggle to live a better life. Qigong aims to perfect the body, mind and the life functions.
